Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you set up?
We can set up almost anywhere. We just need to be away for direct sun or weather. Examples: living rooms, basements, garages and more.
How much space to do I need?
Most games will only require about 5x5' of standing area to swing arms and a bit of movement. However, some games may allow for more movement. In this case we will survey the space given and decide if those games are appropriate for your space.
What if not all kids like video games?
Your Event Manager will encourage everyone to play and get a turn. This often is a great chance for those who don't normally play try out some new games they may enjoy. Often times if this doesn't work they still enjoy spending time with their family and friends watching.
Will I know what to do?
Your Event Manager is there to run everything for you. We show up early, set up, provide rules to the guests, make sure everyone is playing a game and rotating. If a game needs to be changed or an issue comes up he/she is there to take control so you can sit back and enjoy the day.
Can I control the games played?
Upon booking your party, please let us know your concerns and we will address them on an individual basis and make inappropriate games unavailable.
What time will you arrive?
We will arrive about 1 hour prior to your event in order to set up and ready to go for the start time of your event.
When do I pay for the party?
We require a $100 deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. The deposit is not due until we have reviewed and approved the event. In which case we will send you a contract for your signature and then invoice

Submit Your Deposit 💵
Private parties only require a $100 deposit to hold your date. Once received we'll get to work on your digital invite (optional).

We'll show up prior to your start time to set up and get things ready. Your event manager will go over the rules and make sure everyone is getting a turn.

Provide us with your guest of honor's name, age, event day and time. As well as your event address and RSVP info and a member of the M2Y team will have these over to you shortly.
